Permanent Sliding Derail
Derails from both directions. From a
standing position, the worker can move
derail to "on" or "off" position.
Only 29 lbs. of handle effort is needed to positon derail.
Waist-high operating stand requires
two 14' ties to meet railroad requirments. For rails 40 lbs. and
heavier. Operating stand is made to
fit a specific rail size.
Blue derail sign included in package.
Derail can be padlocked using customers
padlock.
Not recommended for mainline locomotives or travel speeds above 4MPH
