Bin Aerator, SureFlo

The SureFlo Aerator utilizes the proven technique of using compressed air to transform packed material into a free-flowing, fluidized mass.
Two or three aerators installed near the discharge gate in a hopper-bottom bin can replace mechanical vibrators. The pneumatic aerators, each with a silicone “flapper,” are mounted inside the tank–either steel or concrete. The combined effect of compressed air and the vibrating flapper loosen packed material to produce a loose, flowable mass.
SureFlo Aerators require an air supply of 10 to 20 cfm at 20 to 30 psi.
